“ Found staff to be friendly and helpful. Rooms very small and disappointed with some of facilities for a 4star I.e very poor hairdryer, no newspaper offered, no water or biscuits in room which have been available at other London hotels

The four star Royal Trafalgar Hotel is located near Trafalgar Square, Whitehall and The National Gallery. If leisure travel brings you to the hotel, we are located in to theatreland and attractions, near Piccadilly Circus, Charing Cross and Leicester Square underground stations.
“ Central location, close to theatres clean/comfortable accommodation only booked standard room therefore not overly big but more than adequate for our stay. Good breakfast only problem would not serve us with a sandwich in the bar area after the theatre even though menu states 24 hours although we could have had one in our room!!

“ Hotel lobby and reception was welcoming and clean, staff helpful and attentive. Lifts seemed modern and quick and always worked to our floor (6th). Our room was suitable for our needs with a comfortable 6ft wide bed (2x3ft).

Located in central London, W London Leicester Square is a family-friendly hotel within walking distance of Leicester Square, Her Majesty's Theatre, and Coliseum Theatre. Additional points of interest include Victoria Embankment Gardens and Royal Opera House. W London Leicester Square's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel also has a snack bar/deli and a coffee shop/café. A bar/lounge is open for drinks. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Recreational amenities include a health club, a sauna, and a fitness facility.
“ The hotel is really funky, the design is different from any hotel we've ever stayed in. Rooms are stylish, comfy and offer everything you need when staying away from home. My only feedback (and it makes me sound a bit practical) is that the showers need a hook for your dressing gown.

“ check in was a pain. long line. room situation was ok because i was in a group of 4 in a 4 person. this isnt the kind of hostel i would feel comfortable sharing a room with strangers. its too big. great location but actually not that necessary to be this central because its such a touristy location.
