“ I had to bring attention to the staff about the constant smell in the toilet also mould in the shower. the shower was cleaned, but the smell was still constant in the toilet. I was told after complaining a few times, and on the day i was leaving that i should of asked to change my room. Nobody should have to ask to be moved to another room.
