On arrival the Hotel was holding a wedding reception which deemed the restaurant closed. The we booked a double room to be told only Twins for both ourselves and couple joining us. Parking was £11.95 per day !!!
During the evening two party's of tourists arrived adding up to I'm told 90 children by staff at the Hotel. Due to the noise a security guard was employed after that horrendous noisy night.
Then Breakfast was so funny no cups then the cups arrive and no milk, no bacon then when that arrives no egg beans in scrambled egg and so it went on.
Through all this I must say the Staff in particular the duty manager was very professional. On asking to speak to the general manager I was told he was away on holiday......Sure knows when to take them, this is not my first stay here but what a complete mess. Restaurant was open the other days but would you.

Love this hotel, stayed here before and will stay here again. Convenient for tube station commute into London, excellent for West End shows, a1.
Staff in hotel fabulous, rooms clean and spacious, would not stay anywhere else while visiting London. Reasonable, first-class accommodation. See you again really soon.

Second time we have stayed here. Staff are exceptional. Happy enthusiastic obliging people. We use this hotel as a base for bobbing in to London to see the shows and it is first class. The lovely girl working in the bar Saturday night even remembered us from the last visit. Beautiful people, a pleasure to get to know. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. We will be back to the Ramada Encore!
Reasonably priced, Clean fresh bright, good decor and excellent staff. A+, well done folks.

“ Room not ready on arrival but we were a bit early. Friendly staff and hotel a nice place to spend time. clean and very comfortable. We will stay there again when visiting Wembley.
