“ Excellent hotel. Rooms are on the small side, but you won't be spending long in it. Ask for a room overlooking the square, which is very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet is very good indeed, with Spanish style items, unsurprisingly since this is part of a Spanish chain. Many of the staff too are Spanish, and they were all very polite and helpful. We have stayed here on several occasions and found it excellent value for money, but we watch out for the special offers.

The Caesar was a very nice boutique hotel with super staff who were extremely well mannered and efficient.
Bedroom was spotless as was bedding and changed when you wished. Good shower and roomy
Continental breakfast was adequate and i may b e wrong here but I was not convinced that some of the items were fresh food...eg. fruit salad.
A small bar, but nice and freindly
Most hotels now ask for a note of your credit/debit card in case of any extras. I normally refuse to give them details as i rarely have extras, and if i do i pay for them at the time. This is accepted usually with reluctance and after discussion. However, on this occasion and after consultation with managment they refused point blank to allow me in the room until i provided my card details. I had then no option but to give them the details. There is so much card fraud apparent that I only give my card details when necessary and never let it out olf my sight.Therefore, for this reason i shall not be useing this hotel again, which is a great pity

Top Tip:
Close to Hyde Park for lovely walks, and you never know you were in the middle of London, you can walk across the park to Knightsbridge , Kennsington and Harrods.
