Bathroom was in dire need of upgrading. Shower cubicle was mouldy and doors would not open easily.
Mattresses were very lumpy.
Could not get decent reception on television.
Windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them.
Not much of a selection for breakfast, was meant to be continental but half the time there were only rolls or toast - no croissants, pastries or yoghurt.
“ Top Tip: I would recommend the Four Seasons Chinese restaurant in Bayswater, excellent food and service.

“ Reception staff were rude and had a poor standard of English. We were told we had booked a double room, the staff said this is not possible but only twin rooms are available in fact the room was of a low standard and with a worn out look, - the wash basin in the bathroom was broken too.
