Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, good bathroom.
Stayed here on my own and felt 100% safe.
Only minor issue is that the bar drinks were very expensive, expect it to be pricey in London hotels but did feel a little ripped off.
Tube station is Lancaster Gate and just around corner.

“ Front of hotel very pleasing to the eye. Receptionist pleasant but no more than. Room quite small but very versatile and clean, as was the bathroom which was very important. Free Tv which was a bonus as had walked our feet off during the day and were happy to go back to our room in the late evening. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very good also, very pleasant and cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very substantial served in good surrounding.
