My room was a single and not huge, but to be honest I've had rooms called double that have been this size in other hotels! It was clean, shower was hot, air conditioning superb and the window opened too.
Staff were excellent, friendly and courteous. Breakfast was excellent too.
The location is tremendous, a really quiet road only 2 minutes from Bayswater Road and the parks, 5 minutes from Queensway tube.
Plenty of eating places and convenience store by the tube, no need to battle with the town centre crowds and prices!

Mezze Med Moroccan/Lebanese restaurant on Queensway.
Black Lion pub good too, on Bayswater Road.

Disappointed !
I had booked a twin room for sole use.
I was given a single room and when I questioned this I was told that you had sent an ammendment to the booking changing it to a single room !
Staff were very pleasant and hotel was well located

“ Lovely hotel, nice and clean and in a great location. Easy walking distance to Hyde Park and even Oxford St and the West End. The breakfast could have been a touch better. But overall a great stay.

“ Was not 4 star and breakfast very poor, everything was cold, had to ask both mornings for scrambled eggs and beans to be warmed up, and as for the tinned boiled mushrooms !!! Staff were more than happy to oblige but would expect more for a 4 star.
