The Hotel is located in a good position, it's near the Royal Oak Tube Station ( about 5/10 minutes by foot ) and it's easy to reach. The room was clean and the hotel staff is really kind. The quality / price ratio is very good.
The bathroom is not so big but it's enough if you want a good service; and, more important thing, the toilet service is in your room ( this is really good in London when you looks for a good quality/price ratio - so, it's not a shared toilet ). There is also the shower inside and the water is hot ( good water temperature ).
Final vote : good.

“ Have stayed here before and wasn't too bad, this time however, we had booked 2 twin rooms, and they only had reservations for one. Luckily one of our party couldn't come, so they managed to find a single room for us, but said if there had been 4 of us they wouldn't have been able to put us up.Some of the Staff were unhelpful, and one directed us to Finchley Road when we asked where the O2 arena was, (completly the wrong direction) and argued with us when we said it was near the river. Fortunately, some one else did know where it was, but no apology from the receptionist who was wrong. Our twin room was a single with 2 small beds squeezed in, and although the bathroom was adequate for us, if you are larger than a size 14 I doubt you would be able to squeeze in!! However it was clean and our room quiet, though the bed was hard and my pillow like a brick! Also in a very good position for tubes and restuarants. Oh and the breakfast is not good. Two hunks of french bread with butter and jam, and what was supposed to pass for a cup of tea, but I think the tea bag must have seen better days. Not a brilliant experience and don't think we will go back.
“ Top Tip: Had a fantastic meal at a restaurant called the Banana Tree, Malaysian cuisine, and very good at a good price.

“ I was very dissapionted with my stay. The reception was in a totally different building. There was no hot water for the two days we stayed. The beds were uncomfortable and you had to leave a 10.00 deposit for the remote control, which was back at reception.

Apollo hotel is a beautiful and pristine 2 star hotel in one of the best locations in London. It is ideal for central London and Hyde park. Every sightseeing place is a short distance from Apollo Hotel. Bayswater and Queensway are short walk from the hotel as is Hyde Park.
“ Stayed for three nights but found it comfortable our room was massive we had 2 double beds and oe single bed, staff friendly and helpful. it was very clean, and located close to shops easy to get into London centre -tubes very close.

Next to Paddington Station, this good-value hotel has a 24-hour bar, free city maps and a great location within easy reach of Hyde Park, Marylebone and the West End. The many shops of Oxford Street are within walking distance. The Gresham is easily accessible from Paddington Station, with its main line and Underground (Tube) trains.
