This hotel could do with some updating. I think it was ranked as a four star one but it is actually not, quite plesant though, comfortable bed, warm room, clean around, quiet.
Reception staff is friendly and helpful, however they promissed Victoria train station transfer for £18 but the driver charged us £20.
What we didn`t like was that they were offering a free fruit basket for a good review about the hotel (silly idea with Tesco close by and affordable products in there).
Breakfast (continental) - not good at all, poor choice.
Location convenient - close to tube station/supermarket
Overall - good stay with family, will not be booking again with them though.

Had a few small issues but the staff are excellent & friendly & dealt with 'issues' promptly. Beds are really comfortable & en-suites were good. Our suite did have a rather small kitchen/diner with only settee space for 2 but as we were only 3 & not in the room too much it wasn't an issue. Dreadful view) but again, not really an issue.
Would happily stay there again but I would ask for a different room.

Top Tip:
Road with shops within 5 mins walk & had an excellent chinese meal at very reasonable price! Local shops, gift shops as well as small Tesco (etc). Great location.
Wouldn't use their taxi company again - took us to the wrong place (even though we gave a post code, street name!) - better to walk to the end of the road & hire a black cab. Also quoted £25 for a journey a black cab charged £11! Not the hotel's fault but worth noting.
