Cracked sink. Shower did not work. Bathroom dirty. No easy chair in room, nowhere to sit. Breakfast not breakfast but continental. Pay extra for hot food. Pay extra for room safe. Room on 5th floor, elevator only went to 4th. No air con.
Dreadful. Worst hotel experience for many years.

Perfectly located to enjoy London at its best. The Queensway district provides a large choice of ethnic and traditional restaurants alongside the well known Whiteleys Shopping Centre. Commuting is convenient and easy with Bayswater and Queensway underground stations just a short walk from the hotel. The location is ideal for Oxford Street Marble Arch Portobello Road Antique Market Madame Tussaud's Buckingham Palace shopping in Knightsbridge the glittering West End and Piccadilly Circus - famous for its night life. A short stroll through the delightful Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park will bring you to some of London's finest museums and the world famous Royal Albert Hall.
“ We ordered a double room with en-suite, but there was only a three quarter bed in the room. Because of the time we were there, there were no other rooms available to change to, and these probably had the sme size beds as well.

Walking distance from Pimlico undergroun station as well as Victoria Railway station and Coach station. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. This is a nicely decorated hotel with clean and tidy room and excellent service. Hotel competeley refurbished recently.

This centrally located hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and is within easy reach of Paddington train station and Notting Hill.The central location of Henry VIII and close proximity to Underground railway stations allows for easy access to many of London's major tourist attractions and business districts. The hotel is within close proximity of Queensway with its restaurants pubs and shops. There are also excellent transport links with Bayswater and Lancaster Gate Tube stations close by.The hotel has been recently restored with the latest facilities including a spa area with indoor swimming pool and sauna all of which you can use free of charge. The great location accompanied by personal and professional service should ensure you a pleasant and memorable stay in London.Due to maintenance work our swimming pool will be closed from 29th August to 03rd of September (6 days). We do apologize for the inconveniences it may cause you.

These luxurious, stylish apartments are situated just a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Notting Hill. Each apartment offers free Wi-Fi, modern, open-plan kitchens and free laundry facilities. Bayswater Tube Station and Whiteley’s shopping centre are less than 5 minutes' walk from Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments. Paddington Train Station and Portobello Market are 15 minutes' walk away.
“ This hotel could do with some updating. I think it was ranked as a four star one but it is actually not, quite plesant though, comfortable bed, warm room, clean around, quiet. Reception staff is friendly and helpful, however they promissed Victoria train station transfer for £18 but the driver charged us £20.
