Holiday Inn London-Brent Cross

“ The hotel was perfect for our where we wanted to be ( wembley). We only stayed the weekend and for that amount of timne the hotel was in a suitable area, however we have been to london several times before so know the city anyway. I would not reccomend it to people who have not visited london before or people who are wanting to spend lot of time in the city.
It is the perfect hotel to stay if visiting wembely for an event the bus route is fantastic from the hotel and doesn't take long, there are shops nearby and a free bus takes you to the tube station to get into london (which takes about 20 mins). It was a great location for visiting london one day and wembley the next.
The hotel was situated next to a main road and so it was not easy to walk around I would reccomend those with young children or older people to take caution because the roads can be difficult to cros at times.
The hotel itself was lovely and just what we were after for a short break away. the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was full english. The only problem with the breakfast was that we felt that we were getting rushed out on one of the mornings and they were not putting any more food out around half an hour before closing. Apart from that though there was a good choice of food.
The reception staff were not the friendliest of people. On check in the lady was rather dull and on check out the manager on duty complained at us because we could not pay our parking with the exact amount because he had no change.
we were rather shocked at his attitude but took it no further.
All in all the hotel was lovely and we had a great time, the rooms were spacious wel decorated and very clean throughout.
Despite a few minor issues we would definitely stay at the hoel again and we got a great deal for travelrepublic.

“ Top Tip: There was a lovely shopping centre right across the road from our hotel ( 5 mins walk) and a tesco 24 hours was only around the corner too.
For eating out there was a fridays and a pizza hut that was only a bus ride away.

“ Reception staff friendly and welcoming on arrival. Both the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Two large beds in the twin room with four pillows on each, we were spoilt for choice. Breakfast next morning was good, all items hot that were supposed to be hot. Dining room busy but still got a table straight away. Although staff at breakfast helpful, seemed to be thin on the ground, waited a while for them to replenish fruit juice, milk etc. Simply not enough staff to cope with the duties required. Tipical hotel running the place with as few staff as possible. Good bus service to Wembley Arena/Stadium, stopped two minutes from hotel. The hotel served it's purpose well for what we wanted. If visiting Wembley for a show or event, it's an ideal place to stay.

“ Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a short delay waiting for the buffet to be filled at breakast. Even though they were extremelly busy didnt take too long to check in and out.
