Great locatioin if you need to use Heathrow Airport . A few mins walk from Hounslow Central Tube station. Receptionist at hotel was very welcoming and efficient.
Room was on the small side. Not enough hanging space for clothes and no drawers. Nowhere to put suitcase apart from on the floor.
Large window in room but it didn't open.
Bathroom was cold as towel rail did not heat up.
Lots of towels available and good selection of toiletries. Well stocked tea.coffee making tray with shortbread biscuits. However the upturned wine glasses were very dusty - obviously had been there for some time without being cleaned otr replaced. There is a hairdryer in the room and broadband connection.
The lift is very slow and very small.
There is a safe and mini bar in room - however the mini bar takes up a lot of space which is annoying if you don't make use of it - I would rather have more space.
Continental breakfast was adequate. It was busy on a couple of mornings and the staff seemed rather overwhelmed - as a single person I seemed to be forgotten when tea/coffee/ toast was being served.
I ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious and the service was prompt and polite.

“ Have stayed at this hotel many times as it is handy for the rugby at Twickenham. It is good value for money but never seems to have enough staff to cope with the amount of guests when a big rugby match is on. I booked the hotel back in September for a February stay and booked a twin room, we were given a double room and told it was because they had nothing else because of the rugby!!!! Not impressed and there was to much of a queue to complain the following morning.
