Hotel was conveniently situated for purpose of my visit. Nice location on the Brentford canal/lock. Hotel interior decor is minimalist but classy.Christmas decorations/trees are lovely.Room exceeded my expectations - good size, tasteful decor, very comfortable bed and spotless ensuite facilities. Staff were very corteous, professional and helpful.
Bit disappointed no hot drinking chocolate or biscuits provided - only tea and coffee !
“ Top Tip: For those wanting to be near the Riverside Hospital - this Hotel is literally a 5 minute walk along the canal ( not recommended to walk alone after dark however ! ).

“ Very well run, exceptionally clean. All services used we used were well-resourced and efficiently operated, e.g. breakfast service. All staff alert, responsive and polite.
“ Top Tip: "La Rosetta" traditional Italian trattoria with authentic fare and decent house wine, just up the High ST. next to the Magistrates' Court. Try the pasta bar - on the left as you look at it. Daily specials on board. If you like Italian football it's usually on the box, but you can avoid it if you sit in the right place.

Hotel was very nice, staff were very polite.
Was not happy to pay for parking in hotel when I am a guest and I thought charge for 2 breakfast was unbelievable, as you can imagine turned that down. All in all, nice venue, pricey extras
“ Top Tip: Cheaper breakfast, and don't charge for parking

“ Very friendly, great food, good price, good location, clean. Easy access from M4/A4 and only a short trip to Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush and Westfield Shopping Centre.
“ Top Tip: Lovely walks around restored Brentford Lock and down to The thames. Close to Kew gardens, historic Strand on The Green, Kew Steam Museum and Kew Musical Museum. Syon House and National Trust properties all reasonably close.
