“ Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful.
The only major issue was that the shower in our room was either boiling hot or very cold, it was difficult to achieve a reasonable temperature.

“ Stayed for 2 nights, first night didn't get to sleep until 2 in the morning due to bus load of teenagers staying . 2nd night woke up at 0130 hrs with same teenagers and other local men on the stairs near my room. Whole experience was very disconcerting. Would I stay here again, NO. That said the reception staff were very helpful.

“ This hotel is nothing like it looks on the Internet, i am so glad we only had 1 night, we had 3 rooms and one of the rooms had no heating, the other 1 had too much heating and when we tried to turn the thermostat down it was broke, we tried to get a drink of cold water and both taps were giving boiling water out, all 3 bedrooms were of very poor standard and we will not be booking there again.
Continental breakfast was of a poor standard also

“ The room looked extremly out-dated, and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom itself looked like there was mould growing on the floor in the corner, and was in desperate need of a revamp. The hot water was that hot that I nearly scalded myself in the shower.
None of the plugs in the room were tested after 2009 (they all had "next test" date sticker on them), and the rooms were only single glazed - when you are on the approach path for Heathrow airport, Double glazing would be a really nice thing.
There were no near-by pubs or bars that I would send even my enemies to; the pub next door served warm, foul tasting beer, and the pub itself looked like it had been last renovated in the 70s; as did the hotel lobby and reception area.
All-in-all, the only good thing going for this place was the cheap room price and the free parking - I stayed on at work longer so as to limit my time in the room it was that bad!

“ Top Tip: There was a nice pub called the Hound & Hair which is about a 20 minute walk down some rather twisty roads. Other than that, I ended up having to get takeaway in as I really didn't want to risk eating there if the cleanliness of the rooms was anything to go by!
