This hotel is situated just off the North Circular Road London extremely near to the sites for the 2012 Olympics (A406) at the crooked billet roundabout with the towns of Chingford Woodford Walthamstow and Ilford just a few minutes away. The hotel is in easy access to the M11 M25 and the M1 with easy connections to Walthamstow Central station (Victoria Line) you can be in central London within 30 minutes. The hotel is a modern contemporary building with 102 fully equipped bedrooms and Wireless Internet access available throughout the hotel including all the hotel bedrooms! Each room is equipped with air conditioning an en-suite bathroom with power shower direct dial telephonemodem point hairdryer teacoffee making facilities colour TV with free satellite and pay movie channels. A short drive from Epping Forest Walthamstow Street Market (Europe's longest Street Market) and a collection of Museums and Galleries are just ten minutes away. Lakeside and Bluewater Shopping centres are only 35 and 45 minutes way. Also within 25 minutes you can be at Stansted Airport in 40 minutes Heathrow and 60 minutes Gatwick.

“ The standard is surprisingly high considering its only a 3 star. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and a cot was provided when requested. Surprisingly even though it is right next to the A406 when you are inside the room you cant hear any traffic what so ever. Breakfast was okay with a decent selection. Negatives in regards to the breakfast is that the eggs don't look cooked, although some people like half done scrambled eggs, there wasn't a selection of yoghurt's, just the one flavour. Considering the price we paid for one nights stay I really can't complain as I wouldn't get that standard in London without paying a premium or in a 2 star hotel.

“ it was only £50 a night and was just your basic room and it was quite only downfall was when turning on the water from the tap it smelt like sewage water!

Hotel is 30 - 40 minutes from Central London (Oxford Circus) by public transport - the bus stop is 2 min walk opposite the Whalthamstow Stadium and then take Victoria Line (6 stops). It is possible to follow the main raod and walk to Whalthamstow Central tube in 20 min - not very far. Sainsburys just behind the hotel.
I've paid £81 for two nights in double room and it was worth the money as the room was clean and quite large for London standrds - no fridge or mini bar in the room. Hotel has its own small bar with pint of Stella or Becks for £3,50.
Brakfast is included but it was average.
OVERALL RECOMMENDED for the price - value for money 8/10.

“ Booked this as a special offer. Breakfast was included with plenty of choice. Food was limited in the bar in the evening, but there are restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking space available and the staff are very helpful. Great hotel.
