“ We had problems checking in. They couldn't locate our booking on the system and kept us waiting for at least 25 minutes. We were getting quite irrate after watching 8/9 other people check in. When we were eventually were booked in the receptionist upgraded our room as a way of recompense.
“ Top Tip: Great for Chelsea fans - hence why we booked in. It was my partners 50th and he is a life long Chelsea fan.
