“ Not impressed, didnt serve breakfast til 7am when i had to leave at 6.30am and ive paid for it! also fire alarm went off at 4am and it wasnt even a fire!!!

“ We arrived to be told we were in the very best Laura Ashley rooms. Which should have been good news but there was an empty champagne bottle on the floor so probably not been hoovered. The cistern was constantly leaking and despite this being reported noone came to fix it and we had to do it ourselves. We also reported that 2 lamps did not have working bulbs and these were not fixed either during our 2 night stay. The plumbing and heating on the top floor was so loud during the night that it was difficult to sleep and on the 2nd morning the cleaners unnecessarily changed our towels but left dirty glasses in the room. The restaurant is not somewhere I would visit again either.
