“ Excellent hotel in great location ( tube station 100m away). Large, well equipped rooms which are very clean. Staff on reception are so friendly and cooperative. There is very limited parking on site so you need to phone well in advance to book. Would definately stay here again.
“ Top Tip: Avalon Bar/ Restaurant next door. Good food and a great atmosphere.

Young lady there very welcoming.
Room clean, comfortable but small.

There are various steps without handrails in the entrance which mean that the hotel should clarify how a disabled person may safely enter.
The room was comfortable and adequate but reading light switch in an awkward position. TV good with the freeview channels. Tea and coffee facilities good. Bathroom fine with toiletries provided, but toilet was unflushed and urine smell present on the floor even the next day. Management apologised.
We needed ear plugs to drown out the weekend London traffic noise and noise from a well used pub next door.
Despite my comments, staff were friendly, efficient check in and hotel is good value for this location. Will use again. Best of other hotels I have used in London in this price range

Great location for Clapham South tube station.
Lots of shops/supermarkets very nearby (eg Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tescos) - and the room had a fridge, so it is easy for self catering.
Clean and comfortable room - very good standard compared to other hotels in the same price range in London.
Will definitely stay again in the future.
