Check in was quick and courteous. The stairs leading to the rooms could do with a good vacuuming and the walls on the stairs are in need of a coat of paint. The rooms were cosy and on the small side. The bed was clean and comfortable. No hairdryer and vanity mirror. Although the receptionist could provide one on request
Just two tea bags and two milks although I did get some more on request from the receptionist. Good fan in the room but the front rooms are very noisy if the window is kept open.
Very satisafactory breakfast in bright clean and airy breakfast hall. Plenty of parking on site free of charge. Overall the hotel is good value for money except it lacks a lift

“ The 1st night the room wasvery small and uncomfortable. 2nd night was better as than the 1st however We did not feel that we had value for money. We have stayed in better hotels for less price, and have had better service.

To be quite blunt the hotel was a disgrace.
The rooms were disgusting and dirty, the staff were very unhelpful, the food was awful. not what you would expect a 3 star hotel to be.
We booked what we thought was a family room only to find that our 12 year old daughter was expected to sleep in the same double bed as us!!
We were most disappointed and certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone even our worst enemy. What a waste of £185

“ The hotel was basic but clean and tidy, the staff were very pleasant and very helpful.
“ Top Tip: There was an exceptionally good Spanish restaurant within a 10 minute walk from the hotel but I cannot remember what it was called I wouild certainly revisit if in that part of south London again
