“ When we booked we thought this hotel looks ok, but it excelled every expectation & the food was so yummy, we would come again.
“ Top Tip: Yes we were close to all amenities that we required for sight seeing eating etc.

“ Our room was clean and pleasant. The furniture is dated but I noticed that you can upgrade to a "modern" room for an additional twenty pounds a night. I requested a non-smoking and twin room, both of which we got, however I did notice one evening that our room smelt of cigarette smoke. This was either coming from the room next door or the room above, perhaps through the air vent? During our 4 night stay we ate at the hotel bar twice for dinner. The food was very good, however the service was particularly slow.

“ Wonderful hotel ,spent 2 nights here attending a wedding nearby , upgraded on arrival to the 5th floor refurbished rooms .All very clean. Staff great ,very helpful. There is a pool and gym in situ . Breakfast was lovely anything and everything you could want. only down thought the room walls quite thin and no fridge in the room. Hotel only 1 minute walk to Croydon east Rail Station ,also able to access bus and tram service just outside the station . Would stay here again ,no problem!
