“ The hotel decor was a little tiered and has a lot of stairs. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All staff (reception desk, cleaning staff, and staff at Breakfast) were plesent and helpful, My request for additional pillows was delt with immediately. I would recommend this Hotel to my friends and we will use it again.5.9 Average

Staff were charming, but this rambling warren of a hotel is very run down. My room was shabby, if mostly clean: the curtains were hanging off the rail and were too narrow for one of the windows. The extractor fan in the shower room was deafening and continued for ages after the light was switched off. The only light switch for the bedroom was by the door, with no bedside lamps, so I had to feel my way over to the bed in the dark. There was some mould in the shower, the shower tray had been glued after breaking, and the laminate chipboard behind the beds was chipped and flaking. There was an armchair, but its cover was torn and split. I only paid £39 - less than Travelodge - but this was below the water-mark in my book. Sorry.
(I'm assuming that by 'younger people' this survey means 'young adults', not 'children'.)
“ Top Tip: There are some nice cafes and bars as you walk towards the centre of Crystal Palace (taking the left fork). You pass Sainsbury's and they're after that.

Some nice restaurants and bars 5 mins walk away. We travelled into central London (Victoria) by train from Cristal Palace aprox 10 mins walk from Hotel.
Tip: Try to get a direct service to Victoria from Cristal palace it's alot quicker. Last trains back from Victoria about midnight.

“ Not helped by the lack of a telephone number for the hotel or a postcode to aid finding with a satnav. Breakfast consisted of dilute orange juice, cornflakes and make your own toast. But, hey, you get what you pay for.
“ Top Tip: It's in South London - a great pub? a restaurant? a hidden beach? If there is a hidden beach, tell the tourist board.
