“ The hotel was very nice, modern, comfortable and clean. Excellent location for Canary Wharf, the O2 and access to and from the city. I requested twin beds on booking and, despite not checking in until early evening, a twin room was not ready for us. The receptionist also asked me, very loudly, if I and my (female) friend would not 'prefer' a double! She was, I hope, stalling for time rather than trying to guess our relationship and consequent sleeping arrangements!! A grading of excellent would have been easily achieved had this not occurred.

“ We also took our 6 year old daughter last minute, they upgraded our room free of charge. I also I had forgot my phone charger and one of the staff lent me his. Staff could not have been more helpful. Hotel was brilliant!!!
