bedroom very small, kept banging foot on bed which moves as soon as you touched it. Breakfasts deceiving paid for bed and breakfast didnt state it was only continental - which most hotels do state this.

Top Tip: near earls court tube station and a few pubs.

Check-in date:

I was very pleased with my hotel choice. It was on a leafy square so not too noisy but still close to tube (Earls Court). Fresh flowers in hall and friendly staff at reception. Our twin room was ground floor with bathroom, all very clean and nicely furnished although a little draughty because of big sash windows. Continental buffet breakfast included in online price - all very good value for central London and I would definitely use it again.

Unsatisfactory

Check-in date:

The hotel was in a good position and for the price a reasonble choose, unfortunatly the double room we were given had a small and hard bed, the result meaning me and my wife did not get any sleep, on complaining the manager was very helpful and upgraded us to a kingsize bed which was fine,.
just a shame we had to pay an extra £20 for also the worst hotel breakfast ive ever had - plaease at least serve coofe that isnt like dishwater.

Top Tip: the top resturant in the area on trip advisor is 'whits' dont go it was disgusting, so much salt my wife puked , and i had coffee.cak with pate and chives...i just havnt got enough time to slag the food off enough

Customer rating from 11 reviews: 6.4 Above Average

Built in 1860, this charming hotel includes 85 rooms. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception and there are lifts as well as cloakroom. In addition, there is a bar, a breakfast room, conference facilities, Internet access, bike rental as well as room and laundry services.

May at first seem a bit out of the centre - however there's a tube station 1/4 mile away which takes you into Westminster area in about 10 mins. plenty restuarants and pubs in the street . although a 3 star hotel the overall ambiance is good.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in but it was fine for a couple of nights. The wall in the room was at an angle and one could barely walk around the bed to the window. Everything just seemed to be crammed in and a bit claustrophobic.
