“ Hotel was lovely only a stone's throw from tube station and in a quiet close. Room itself was clean and perfect for what we needed including free wifi and tv. Reception staff were friendly. My only reservation would be the breakfast, the room was quite small and busy and the selection of food quite limited.

“ Bedroom was acceptable, but ...the washbasin tap was very loose, shower pressure ok, but could not move the shower head. Tea and coffee provided - good. Staff at reception nice and helpful. Parking expensive, although staff did point out another hotel where one could/might be able to park. Didn't have breakfast, and what we saw didn't look really worth it - so we had breakfast outside. Would I recommend this hotel again - yes for over night stays in London, as the hotel is very convenient to Earls Court and hence the Underground.

“ my husband and I would not stay or recommend the Hotel to friends, we had a basement room which was clean and comfortable, we found it very dated. could not sleep as the venitian blind in the room had slats missing and there was a light outside the window which was on all night, we complained to the reception but she said we could have an extra towel to put on the window.it would have been better to have a pair of curtains. the breakfast buffet was a lot to be desired, I would not call it a buffet.(toast)

“ Me and my husband were pleasantly suprised, we had a basement 3 bedded room, which was more than adequate. The beds were lovely and comfortable, with nice crisp, clean, white sheets. We only stayed 2 nights but got clean towels both days. Breakfast was cereals, toast, tea, coffee and juice, not great but was a bonus as we didn't expect it. Great location, would go again and would request the same room (63) as, friends had a room on 3rd floor which was small.
