Welcome to the Oxford Hotel in the centre of London. One of London's most popular Earls Court Hotels, is situated close to London’s famous museums, including Royal Albert Hall, Science and Natural History Museums, and conveniently located about 2 minutes from Earls Court underground station.
As one of the closest hotels to Earls Court Exhibition Centre, the well-appointed, attractive and affordable self rated three star hotel is situated in a quiet residential street in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
The hotel features 90 comfortable guest rooms with modern amenities including flat screen TV, hairdryer, telephone, high-speed wireless Internet access and radio. Most of the rooms at the back offer views of the hotel's gardens for its guests to enjoy, rooms at the front of the hotel face a tree-lined street.
The Oxford Hotel is a mid-ranged London Hotel, so guest rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable throughout. The lower ground floor breakfast room, facing the rear of the property has a homely feel to it. Staff at the Oxford Hotel are polite, helpful and are excellent in providing the best of advice and help. All staff are speak several foreign languages such as italian, spanish, portuguese, french, arabic.
The Earls Court neighbourhood is very picturesque and cheerful and has a cosmopolitan atmosphere. There's also a Mark's & Spencer Simply Food right at the corner, and a wide selectio of gastro pubs ad restaurants close by. Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres are within easy walking distance as is the Earls Court underground and West Brompton stations, with direct links to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Please note that Oxford Hotel London is non-smoking throughout and unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

We read the mixed reviews on this hotel. We had 2 nice, spacious rooms but on different floors so may be worth ringing them to make sure that rooms are allocated near each other
Both rooms were very clean, some minor repairs needed but at this price the hotel is probably busy. We certainly weren't expecting towels and toiletries for the price.
Breakfast was pot luck as to when you got a seat. No meats with the continental breakfast, just cornflakes/rolls/cheese/bread for toast plus coffee and orange juice. We want to visit London again and would certainly consider this hotel again.

As the luggage room (restaurant) is mainly unlocked, leave your luggage at the train/coach station as it is cheaper and safer.
Very easy to get to although the instructions sent depend on which exit from the tube you use. Just don't ask at the shop next to the tube station as they sent us in the opposite direction despite looking at the map we were sent!
Lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk plus Subway and Greggs for take away food. Even as a Coeliac I had no problems finding somewhere to eat with ease.
Reception was staffed with 2 very helpful men although it would have been nice to have been warned that there is a deposit of £50 for the TV remote controls and incidentals, etc which you get back at check out. Pay this in cash so that the money is returned to you instantly as it can take 3-5 days to go back onto your debit/credit card.

“ Booked a triple room, however ended up with twin and a double room for no eatra cost which was great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast could have been beter b ut for the cast it was fine.
“ Top Tip: Plenty of bars in the area. Close to Earls Court tube station.
