“ While the accommodation was suitable for a family of three and the staff friendly and helpful I expected more from the Hilton group. The decoration throughout the hotel was tired and and shabby - in need of an urgent lick of paint rather than a complete refurbishment of curtains , furniture etc. Our bathroom was also very shabby with broken tiles, grout missing and the build up of grime associated with lack of expedient repair.

One mile from the British Museum - not to be missed.
