Very good service at reception and I was provided an upgrade without requesting one. A big and very clean room with up to date bathroom facilities.
I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on its food and beverage quality.
“ Top Tip: Ate at The Geenhouse in Hays Mews. Fabulous but expensive wine list but the food was not worth the money and one of the complimentary offerings was sent back as the egg was raw.....no apology or refund or alternative was proffered.

“ Top Tip: Didn't get a chance to look around nearby hotel as had gone for my cousins reception and the next day I checked out. But one should visit it as it's in the central heart of London.

“ Fabulous. No hassle at Reception with porters. They were present if you required help, but you were left to your own devices if that was your preference, which is absolutely fine. Welcoming staff. Quality of furnishings and comfort - excellent. Quiet room was requested and a quiet room is what we got. Only item we didn't find which was needed was an iron. Breakfast - first rate. Highly recommended.

“ Travel republic were the cheapest supplier of this hotel by far ,the hotel is in a great position for shopping and sightseeing. We were given a room on the 4th floor that was fine but not 5 star . Tea and coffee were supplied but only 4 small milk , the air conditioning was needed ,but was very noisy during the night.

“ We had to wait quite a while to try and find us a twin room for my son and I and then wait while it was made up, however it was on the 9th floor overlooking the Palace and the gardens and was worth waiting for!
