We arrived at 12 mid day and they said we were not booked in, luckely we had your confirmation email, eventualy after a somewhat curt exchange they admitted a booking error they had booked us in on the 15th may. A couple with us did not bring their booking confirmation, and had to pay again and were told to claim (even though they had paid) and the hotel admitted the same booking error.
When we left we were presented with a bill for £34 (£1.50 ph) for the car park, I did not read the small print, so that was my fault, but I told the rather difficult young girl receptionist they should mention this when booking in.
The Hotel was good value for money and the rooms and bath/shower were of a high standard. Thanks for your part in the booking. Mr & Mrs Rupert Webb.

Top Tip: Very easy walking distance to nearest underground (ten minutes) Hammersmith 15 minutes to Green Park.

Great hotel, particularly the breakfast which is superb.

Top Tip: Good for travel to central London as on Picadilly, District and Hammersmith and City lines. Great for access to the museums in Kensington by tube.

The staff were excellent. Polite, attentive, helpful.

The hotel was very clean and tidy.

The only downside was that the room was very hot. The air-conditioning didn't work. A maintenance man attended and apparently fixed it but it was just as hot again the follwoing night. This detracted from the sleep I got.
