“ The hotel was dirty and the rooms were a lot worse! The beds were broken, although in typical British fashion we did not complain.
The breakfast is advertised - not as a continental - which it is, and is very limited, litterally just cereal and toast. Its a bit awkward when you go down for breakfast, and if they were busy the 4 tables they have would soon be full - not sure how they cope but I guess you have to wait your turn!
The staff were friendly, and the location is great for tube station etc - however the state of the room and facilities were so bad. We would NEVER go back.

“ Top Tip: There is a pub right next door - with a full range menu, which was great. The tube is very close which was ideal for our sightseeing trip. There are also plenty of pubs and shops really close - great location, just rubbish hotel!

“ This hotel is very handy for transport links, literally one minute away from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Desperately in need of refurbishment especially in corridors and public areas. Room was clean but almost unbearably hot and fittings were falling apart. One bed very lumpy. However, the en-suite was clean and everything worked, always had hot water for the shower and there were tea and coffee making facilities which is a bonus. Breakfast was cereal and toast with tea/coffee and fruit juice which was better than room only. The staff were helpful and always available. All in all, with a bit of painting and decorating and a bit more maintenance of fittings, not a bad hotel in a safe area. The price was good for London.

“ Good hotel.Considering the price I paid, I'm very satisfied with the hotel. Although the Hotel needs some refurbishments they provided a clean room with a nice comfortable Bed and the staff was very friendly.
