We stayed in room number 10 with a separate bathroom - this was good but the water from the shower trickled out; there was no way to increase the water power.
Breakfast was very basic. There should be more options including cooked breakfast such as eggs etc.

We were disappointed with the hotel. The bed linen was clean but the room needed dusting. It did not have sufficient electric sockets so their were a number of loose extension cables around the room.
The room and it's fixtures and flooring and furniture were old, cheap and shabby. It was cramp. The bathroom was in desperate need of modernisation having not been refurbished since about the 70's.
The breakfast offered was just cereal, toast and spreads. There were a few yoghurts and pieces of fruit available but not sufficient for all guests.
I would not stay here again.
“ Top Tip: Belsize village just around the corner has several good restaurants and cafes.

“ This guest house was ideal for our needs, and good accommodation compared to some we've stayed in in London. We had a 4-bed room, which was a really good size for us all (4-adults, 1 double bed & 2 singles), and had a big en-suite bathroom with it. The location was a really nice, quiet street, but it was only 20-25 minute walk to the heart of Camden town. There were other pubs and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk, and public transport (tube and buses) within 5 minutes. Breakfast in the morning was more than fine, we knew it was continental, there was plenty of cereal, yoghurts, apples, oranges, toast, fruit juices and tea or coffee on offer. Overall, very quiet and clean accommodation, perfect for a short term, relaxing stay. No complaints.
