It is always worth staying at an Handpicked Hotel.
Everything was superb.
Perhaps the walls a a little thin .Next doors television was on the same wall as our bed . Luckily they went to bed just after us and got up earlier and the Telly went on.
“ Top Tip: Do not use the Fish and Chip shop in Hendon . Expensive and average.

The hotel was never booked for us which we discovered upon talking to the hotel direct - not through yourselves
The hotel was advertised as being 1.6 miles from Victoria Park which it wasn't - actually it was more like 11.6 miles away
The hotel were incredibly helpful about the lack of booking unlike yourselves
