Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay.
Would definately think about booking again.
“ Top Tip: Visited Gordon Ramsey's Petrus resturant, which is only a five minute walk from the hotel.

“ I booked the hotel as I specifically wanted a twin room for myself and my daughter. When we arrived at our room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We went back to Reception and were told there were no more twin rooms so ended up with a superior queen room, which really defeated the reason for staying at this particular hotel. The door to the bathroom was a sliding type and had no lock which offered little privacy.

“ Excellent staff from concierge to desk. Offered upgrade FOC however if this was upgrade not sure what standard rooms are like. Small rooms but clean. Breakfast was good, however they had run out of eggs! Staff very polite. Happy

“ Hotel all fine, just a problem checking in,when they wanted to charge us more for a twin room, which I had requested. They said none available and needed to pay another £90 for superior room. When we refused they then found a twin for us. Slight bad feeling about this, but otherwise all good.
