“ Very 1970's feel - clean but a little jaded. Breakfast -food was excellent but facilities were poor. The restaurant is too small and people were left queuing in a very tight corridor. It was understaffed and poorly managed as a consequence. Great location being very central. Still a lot of money for what you get!!!

We had a Classic Room on 5th floor, the room was very comfortable, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but if required room service will bring a tray to the room, although we were told there were no kettles available, nevertheless, a tray arrived within 10 mins of requesting it. In every area of the hotel we found staff to be pleasant and helpful.
The one downside of the experience was breakfast on Sunday morning, which was from 7.30-11am. We arrived at the dining room at 9.30 to find a queue of a dozen or more waiting to be provided with a table. Waiting time was around half and hour! The cold buffet table was very good, but plates ran out, hot food ran out, the queue continued until almost 10.45am. One wonders if this was due to lack of staff, high numbers of guests, it is peak holiday time in August.
We found it disappointing in a five star hotel where the cost of breakfast was £26 a head!! Having said that the quality of the food was very good.
I would need to hear that this was an isolated incident before I would stay at the Sheraton Towers again.

Next door to Harvey Nichols, and a few yards from Harrods, where the food floor is second to none.
Short walk to Hyde park, central London etc.

“ Travel republic were the cheapest supplier of this hotel by far ,the hotel is in a great position for shopping and sightseeing. We were given a room on the 4th floor that was fine but not 5 star . Tea and coffee were supplied but only 4 small milk , the air conditioning was needed ,but was very noisy during the night.
