Good points - A very good hotel. All reception staff were friendly and efficient. Standard double room larger than average with good sized bed and sofa. Nice bar areas on ground floor and 7th floor with reasonable priced drinks for a London hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast with decent selection and very good scrambled eggs.
Bad points - A shame the advertised cocktail bar on the 7th floor with super views doesn't actually serve cocktails and downstairs bar closes at midnight. Windows in rooms on 5th floor don't open at all so not good for people who like fresh air.
“ Top Tip: Close to Spitalfields market but don't go too close to breakfast as you will regret not having left a little bit of room to try something from one of the food stalls.
