Boston Court Hotel

“ The Hotel was very basic and in need of some updating, however the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also in the perfect position to Hyde Park, which was where we needed to be, for the start of the 2012 Moonwalk.

“ Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the hotel. The cleanliness was unsatisfactory and we felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed and bedding, with neither of the party getting a good nights sleep. It was very outdated and needed upgrading desperately to reach an acceptable standard.
We were told the price included breakfast only to find out that breakfast would not be supplied due to it being New Years Day. However, the price was not reduced to take this into account.
The toilet and showering facilities were not as described. Communal bathroom/toilet had to be used which were well below an acceptable standard with a sign to say to leave toilet paper in an open bin as it would block the toilet if flushed.
My sister had some bites after leaving the hotel.
Also the tea and coffee facilities were poor, with us having chipped teacups to drink out of. Needless to say we did not use them.
The only thing i would recommend about this hotel is it's location to Oxford Street.
Very disappointed and could not have stayed another night there.

“ Hotel was in good location for where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My only negatives are that there was no seperate bathroom, shower was in same room as the beds, and the toilets were shared with other rooms
