Have stayed there before & had similar problems.
Neither shaver socket worked & bathroom extract not working, causing room to overheat from steam after shower.
Mentioned when checking out but staff disinterested & just told would 'inform maintenance'
Very disappointing - especially for suppoosed 4 Star hotel.....

Two things to avoid.....the bar where the drinks prices and simply too high in my view. £6.00 for a small glass of not top quality wine!!
Avoid the grill room...the service is so poor and slow you will 'grow old' waiting to be served.

“ Very busy hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Very busy at breakfast. Be prepared to wait in long queue at certain times. Quietest is early from 6:30 -8:30. Don't get caught out if you have to be somewhere early.

Top Tip:
Easy access to shops in Oxford street. Choice of tube stations.
Didn't try any restaurant nearby.
