We have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it, but this time My Husband and I were given a tiny room with a 4ft 6in bed, which had such a soft mattress we kept rolling into the middle. So neither of us slept much. We were also given hot drinks on our last day with milk that was 'off'. So not sure whether we would stay there again. Such a shame as it is in a very good location for the shops and Bond Street tube station. Also it is in a quiet location.
Maybe we were just unlucky with our room, (No. 344) but it spoilt our Easter Break.
“ Top Tip: The restaurant in the hotel is very good, so it is not necessary to venture further.

Second visit to hotel. An oasis of calm in the centre of London. Within easy walking distance of Oxford Street and 20/30 minutes walk from Theatreland. Room and hotel spotless, facilities good, and staff are all very pleasant attentive and helpful.
My only slight complaint this year was the water wasnt very hot for a bath or shower but this maybe has something to do with hosepipe ban and trying to discourage people from taking baths and long showers!
