“ We had stayed at the Washington Mayfair three times before, so we knew to expect a comfortable room with good decor and an excellent breakfast. We were not disappointed and would stay there again when in London. Staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful.
“ Top Tip: Close to Green Park underground. London is self-recommending.

“ The rooms at the front of the hotel need double glazing as in the mornings there is considerable noise from the street. Also the blanket on the double bed was not large enough for the bed.
“ Top Tip: The Wolsley - an excellent hotel.
