The hotel check in took 20 minutes as they had no confirmation of our booking. After a call to the accomodation provider they checked us in. Our room was on the 4th floor and was well equipped with all the normal facilities - ensuite bathroom with excellent shower cabin, tea & coffee making tray and the double bed had 2 soft and 2 hard pillows all labelled as such.For added security the lift operation required our room card to activate the ride to your floor. Buffet breakfast was very good and included a hot selection as well as the normal cereals, toast and drinks. Trays were available in the buffet area.
Car parking with plenty of spaces cost £1 for up to 24 hours and had a pay and display machine or the option to pay at reception.
Staff were friendly and helpul and we would certainly stay there again.

Friendly staff, very clean and tidy rooms, room service excellent,asked at reception for some soft pillows, we recieved them in less than 10 mins.
Breakfast, buffet style, food fresh and plenty of it.
We ate dinner there the first evening, nothing special for the price, had a much better dinner in Bella Italia in London, the following evening for less money, this is the only reason I didn't give 10 out of 10.
“ Top Tip: Tube station straight into London, less than 5 minute walk away. Used it to visit London three days in a trot, very easy and direct.
