A very neat hotel, with a very friendly welcome on checking in. Cracking central location. Our standard room was smallish and really only had storage for a 1-2 night stay but clean and well-furnished otherwise.
A good-sized bathroom but the shower screen leaked on to floor.
Quiet, dimly lit but comfortable hotel in a fine building. Breakfast and bar prices ludicrous but avoidable by eating and drinking out.
Would certainly use again.

I shared a twin room with my daughter. It was very clean but small and dark, and the bathroom/shower room was very cramped. Water flow at wash hand basin was poor.Television had restricted range of channels.
Having said that, I thought that the hotel, overall, was very vice, though pricey. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was very good and waiting staff very friendly. The best point about the hotel was its fantastic location in wonderful Bloomsbury, a short walk from the theatres in Shaftesbury Avenue, British Museum, and Russell Square Gardens and not far from the Tube at Tottenham Court Road.
