We were able to check in early which was great, and staff were helpful and friendly. Only problem was that the hotel was so busy that we had to wait 50 minutes for a table to be available at breakfast, which I do not think is acceptable in a hotel of this standard.
Other than that our stay was great.

“ The staff were flippant, had to wait over 50 minutes for a room change as the initial room had no bath, had to chase on 3 seperate occassions for the change, finally going to reception to get it sorted, only to be told they were very busy. The alternative room supplied filled with smoking fumes during the middle of the night, no explanation provided by reception staff just that we would get an upgrade next time we stayed. I cannot believe that nobody else has complained about the room filling with other peoples smoking fumes. I did not complain at the time 2am as I did not want to be kept awaiting for another 50 minutes whilst they tried to sort it out.
