Rooms clean and tidy.
We had a small twin room in the basement which was very basic but comfortable
Our friends had a double room upstairs which was up four flights which would not be suitable for some people.
Continental breakfast very basic but okay

“ The main hotel looked nice but we were sent over the road to their other hotel. This wasn't really a 3 star. The paintwork was a bit shabby although the rooms were clean. The bathroom was the tiniest one I've ever seen, in fact I think it was a cupboard! If guests were on the larger side I dont think they would get in. We were on the top floor with no lifts so if you were elderly or had small children it would be nearly impossible. The breakfast was OK cereal, toast, yogurts , meat and cheese. The hotel was ok for one or two nights and was a reasonable price. It was also very close to Paddington underground.

Shabby hotel. Room was very cramped and cool, which suited me, but if you like heat it would have been a problem.
Awful breakfast - cheap and nasty food (cornflakes, toast, processed cheese, Happy Shopper yoghurts).
Location is good, 20 mins from Marble Arch and 5 mins from Hyde Park.
If you just want a base in central London to sleep, this is acceptable, but don't book it if you want to spend any time there. Luxury it is not.
