Royal Eagle Hotel

“ Hotel Room was very small... but clean. Problems with the shower temperature and after maintenance called to our room to investigate we were advised that shower had to be turned on full blast to get any heat, only problem was shower head was fixed and not movable and blasted water our full force and either battered me on the back of the head or blasted me in the face so I couldn't breath! Breakfast was average and we did not use hotel bar facilities as they were expensive.

“ I thought it absolutely ideal for everything in Central and West London. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, just right and what I expected, staff were very pleasant and extremely efficient.
On arrival, I was given an upgrade from single to twin (didn't ask for it) but it meant the room was more spacious.
No complaints from me, recommended.

“ Well placed and easy access to the underground.Clean and friendly but a bt of a rabbit warren. Ideal for a brief stopover.

“ Very disappointed. The hotel looks very grand from the outside but the room we had was very small and was reached via a very small corridoor on the first floor. I would dread to think what would happen in a fire! Bed linen was clean enough and our room was quiet with only occassional noise from the tube. Shower only ran lukewarm water and overall very disappointing. The stay wasnt even saved by the breakfast - the booking included English breakfast whereas all that was on offer was a poor choice of continental breakfast, toast croissants or pastries! Would not stay again.
