“ Rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. The shower room is miniscule. You can hardly shut the door while using the sink. The shower was blocked and the tray overflowed easily. Unattentive room service. Breakfast was good.

Room was very small but comfortable enough - hot as air conditioning didn't work. Also TV signal disappeared every 10 minutes so that was frustrating.
Everything else was fine bathroom snug but nicely fitted - breakfast extremely good.

“ I struggled to find accomodation in London but had to for business reasons. This hotel was grim and I was given a small, dark and cold basement room in which the old good element was the shower. Overpriced and the staff were off-hand. I will not be returning.

The hotel had some work getting done and I was in a room (808) right beside this so from 4.00pm to 7.40pm there was cutting , grinding of metal and talking that was not peaceful. I could not hear my television for the noise. At 8.00am sawing of wood started again.
The snack menu was nice with a generous portion of fries.
Reception staff were friendly.
The shower turned scalding hot of its own accord.
Although I paid a little extra for a Premium single room I am not sure that is what I got. The bathroom was very small. The shower door could not open fully due to position of sink. If you were over 13stone this bathroom would not work for you!
The room was clean and comfortable but I know other places I would choose over this one. Perhaps other rooms are better in this hotel and I was unlucky on this occasion..
“ Top Tip: Paddington station and Underground is very close as is Little Venice and there are decent places to eat within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.
