“ Check in, Concierge and door staff were all helpful and pleasant. Rooms were well equipped, newly decorated with comfortable beds and top quality toiletries, views of London from the huge windows were marvellous. Location is good for London sights and shops and peaceful enough for a really good nights sleep. Only complaint was with breakfast which was poor by 5 star hotel standards, no freshly cooked breakfast on offer, stewed coffee, dirty glasses on the table, waiting staff with poor communication skills - perhaps a bad day !

“ Hotel was lovely as always. I have stayed here and few times and it never disappoints. I requested a nice located room as it was a special occassion and it was fabulous and looked over winter wonderland in Hyde Park. Really enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend to all friends and family.
“ Top Tip: Opposite hyde park and winter wonderland. Also close to a lovely prezzo where we had lunch.

“ I was anxious that there would be a problem since the price of this hotel was much cheaper on travel republic than on the Hilton website.. But everything was brilliant!! Had a lovely time celebrating my second anniversary with my girlfriend. Staff were friendly. Would recommend breakfast as it is really nice!
