Excellent service from the moment we arrived right up to the moment we checked out, with friendly and welcoming reception and concierge staff.
Although the room was slightly small it was perfectly presented with high end furniture and fittings and a wonderfully big luxurious shower in the bathroom.
This was a great central base. We had tickets to a show at the Queens Theatre which is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Followed the next day with some shopping at Regent Street and Oxford Street, again only a approx 15 minute walk away from the hotel.
Will definitely stay at this hotel again, as it delivers all that it promises.
“ Top Tip: We had reservations at the Michelin Star Yauatcha Restaurant in Soho, to cellebrate my daughters birthday. This was our first visit and we were very impressed. Really great food, wonderful relaxed atmosphere and resonably priced. We had 3 dim sum, 2 mains, 2 deserts and cocktails all coming to £110.00. You can find the Yauatcha in Broadwick Street Soho.

“ The hotel staff made a wonderful first impression: courteous, welcoming, interested in my journey to London and my planned activities. The pre-theatre dinner was appetising and good value. Again the restaurant staff were friendly and showed an interest in a lone traveller. The room was comfortable and the toiletries of a high standard. Room service was offered for breakfast and was delicious and on time. I would certainly recommend the Cavendish as an excellent place to stay in the centre of London.
“ Top Tip: The Royal Academy of Arts was a two-minute walk away. Covent Garden was a fifteen-minute stroll, as was the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. Oh yes, and Fortnum and Mason was directly opposite the hotel.
