“ Friendly welcome, good bar, clean rooms, great price considering it's central London! Somebody in my room snored but I guess that's the gamble you take in a shared room!

“ The shower facilities needs to be upgraded so that all floors would have hot water. We found that the hot water pressure was so low that when people was having showers on the lower floors the ones above have no hot running water.
