  • “ The Montague on the Gardens is an ideal location, not only central but also magnificent. The staff were outstanding catering to every need. While the rooms are on the small side this can be overlooked when the service is of such a high quality. I would highly recommend the Montague and will definitely be returning.

“ Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and well decorated. Lovely location. However the room was small. It was big enough for us on a 3 night break but we would have struggled for space with 2 large suitcases. Ask for a room overlooking the gardens. The front of the hotel was a bit noisy and refuse collectors came early in the morning.

“ I was enchanted from the moment I entered the hotel by the warm welcome from the very friendly, professional staff to the beautiful Christmas decorations. It looked beautiful. The bedroom although on the small side was charming with a garden view. I was celebrating a special birthday & returned from my day out to find a lovely plate (decorated with happy birthday in chocolate!) fresh fruits/sweet treats plus a baloon. The young lady who manages the breakfast service was lovely too, in fact all the staff provide the level of service described in the 'history' of the hotel. A great location for all sightseeing & shopping.I would never stay anywhere else when in London. My husband & I stayed for 3 nights.
