“ We arrived at the hotel early, about 11.30am wanting to leave our luggage and return later to check in to be told there were rooms available and we could check in straight away - we were even given a choice of rooms/floors! The spacious room was clean and homely rather than the clinical feel you get with some hotel chains.8.5 Excellent

“ We arrived at the hotel early, about 11.30am wanting to leave our luggage and return later to check in to be told there were rooms available and we could check in straight away - we were even given a choice of rooms/floors! The spacious room was clean and homely rather than the clinical feel you get with some hotel chains. The bed was very comfortable and although we didn't use the dining facilities the bar looked welcoming and reasonably priced. We walked to the hotel from the station (Kings Cross) and later to the theatre in Leicester Square and Chinatown for our evening meal, not once using public transport including our shopping trip to Oxford St the following morning - the location cannot be faulted and it was exceptional value for money.
“ Top Tip: Brunswick shopping Centre just around the corner

“ Reception was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Iron and ironing board with hair dryer in the seperate closet, tv, tea making facilities and a plenty of clothes storage space, more than suitable as single room. The ensuite was well appointed with the usual toiletries and luxury towels. Breakfast was busy when I came down so opted for the continental breakfast in the bar area which was well stocked and tea or coffee was quickly served. The hotel had informed everyone of the busiest times so no surprise. Didn't eat evening meal at the hotel so couldn't comment. The only downside for me was the noise at night from traffic outside, sirens and the occasional guest going to there rooms after a late evening.
“ Top Tip: Had a meal at the Ciao Bella restaurant in Guilford Place round the corner from the hotel with colleagues which was excellent.
