“ have stayed at this hotel a few times now and have never had any complaints. room was comfortable, great shower, really comfortable bed. bit of a queue for breakfast but was worth waiting for. the concierge was so helpful and everyone working there friendly and polite. buses stop outside and tube a few minutes away.
“ Top Tip: turn right when leaving hotel and a few hundred yards on the left is a pub called the castle. serves superb reasonably priced meals. great for every age group. friendly landlord who will allow you to take your children in for a meal if you go early!

“ I was allocated a room in the basement, which was pretty clean but well past its sell-bye. The next morning i was met by men in white suits, who were cleaning out a disused room opposite my bedroom, who only knows what was in their? Trying to negotiate doors held open with fire extinguishers to get to the lift did not provide much in the way of confidence. Good power shower!

“ We had to change rooms after the first night because our original room was located next to the air conditioning units and it was very noisy. We were not aware that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment - the facilities at the main reception were very poor because of this.
